Community Routes
Our home delivery program, Community Routes, offers monthly, personalized delivery of essential goods anywhere in Lincoln County. We will meet you where you’re at with essentials for health and safety: food, health and hygiene supplies, naloxone, seasonal gear, and more. We are about neighbors helping neighbors, making connections to resources here in Lincoln County. Healthy Lincoln County (HLC) works with our partners, clients, and neighbors to source supplies and distributes essentials where they are needed most. Take what you need; leave what you can — from an extra blanket to a word of encouragement. Community Routes will meet you where you are, respectfully and confidentially.
Connecting Neighbors Through Mobile Outreach
HLC offers monthly supply deliveries right to your door. Clients can sign up for themselves or be referred by a third party. It can be a one-time request, or you can enroll in our monthly Delivery Route. Specific supplies cannot always be guaranteed, but we listen to your needs and do our best to connect you with the supplies on-hand that will be most helpful. Routine supplies include: shelf-stable food items, fresh produce, protein, milk, eggs, hygiene supplies, first aid tools, and more.
Delivery Routes
In addition to home deliveries, Community Routes also meets new clients and partners out in the community by holding occasional resource pop-ups with our partners in community spaces. Items at the pop-ups are free to all and there for the taking. Find some useful items and friendly faces at our next event!

Community Routes has a running inventory of shoes, clothing, and other seasonal items. We can’t guarantee we’ll have what you need or the right size, but if you let us know your details, we will keep a lookout for the right fit!
Clothing & Seasonal Items
Community Routes is a HLC project, but it is part of a larger network of close partners working together to source supplies, identify and refer clients, deliver services, and share resources. These partners include, but are not limited to:
Local farms, schools, and community agencies.
Of course, the most important partners are our wonderful clients who inspire us with their resilience and desire to support their neighbors, despite their own challenges. We are grateful for the energy and spirit of collaboration brought by these partners, and Community Routes could not exist without such continued support.
A Community Effort
Donations
Neighbors can contribute to Community Routes directly by dropping off donations in our outdoor bins at any time, located at 281 Main St. Damariscotta.
We accept new or gently worn clothing and footwear, shelf stable groceries, personal hygiene products, and first aid supplies.
