Our mission is to provide support and resources to meet health needs, improve health outcomes, and strengthen community connections across Lincoln County. We’re guided by three core values:

Funding for HLC’s efforts comes largely from state, federal, and philanthropic grants to improve health primarily in the areas of substance use prevention, harm reduction, youth engagement, and food security.
Healthy Lincoln County is a project of MCD Global Health.
